Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from us, it can be returned up to 31 days the order was placed.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on completely un-opened, un-used items with all packaging and factory-seals in place.

  3. Follow the instructions below to submit a return request. We will evaluate your return request, and contact you to discuss the next steps.
  4. ✅ We can only accept returns on completely un-opened, un-used products with all packaging and factory-seals in place. 
  5. 🚫 If you return a used item, your account will be banned from placing future orders and you will not receive a refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  6. 💳 Refunds will be issued as store credit. If store credit cannot be issued, then refunds will only be issued to the same credit card or purchase option used at the time of purchase.
  7. 💔 If an item arrives broken, notify us within 24 HOURS of delivery (along with documentation and photos of the damage) and we will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost after we evaluate your claim. Follow the instructions below to submit an "Item arrived broken" claim.

1. RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

If your item arrived damaged or you suspect that it may be defective, please do not return the item. Contact customer service immediately and we will be happy to personally assist you.

We can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed, unused products, as well as electronics within their original, unopened packaging, up to 31 days after the order has been placed.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Your return will not be accepted unless you are buying an item mentioned in SECTION 3. ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED.

3. ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED: 

Items can only be returned if they are completely unopened, factory-sealed, unused, within their original, unopened packaging, up to 31 days after the order has been placed.

    1. Lotions or massage oils 
    2. Electronic devices 
      Any items returned must be completely un-used and must still be in their factory-sealed, original, unopened packaging.

      4. HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

      Send an email to support@guiltyvibez.com from the same email address used to place the order, with the following info

      1. your phone number 
      2. your order number
      3. the item(s) you would like to return. 
      4. If you purchased more than one of the exact same item, please specify quantity to reflect how many of that item that you will actually be returning.

      Review the details of your return for accuracy and send your request to us via email. We will evaluate your return request, and contact you to discuss the next steps.

       

      5. HOW REFUNDS ARE HANDLED FOR ONLINE RETURNS

      Refunds can be issued only in the form of store credit or to the card used at the time of purchase.

      Credit card refunds can be arranged by special request once your return has been received and inspected.

      *We will inspect all returned items, if the returned item is deemed to have been used then it will be destroyed immediately. The used item cannot be replaced, a refund cannot be issued, and we will take action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.

      * We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

      If approved, that means we have already issued a refund to your original payment method and that should be automatically  posted to your account - typically within 10 business days or less. Actual posting times vary by bank or credit card company  - all of which is outside of our control. 

       

      6. HOW TO SUBMIT AN ITEM ARRIVED BROKEN CLAIM? 

      While it's highly unlikely that you will receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, it happens.

      If this happens to you, please file your claim within 24 HOURS of delivery by emailing support@guiltyvibez.com

      Make sure to provide the following information...

      1. Your order number
      2. Your phone number
      3. the item(s) that arrived broken
      4. If you purchased more than one of the exact same item, please specify quantity to reflect how many of that item arrived broken.
      5. 2-3 clear photos and/or videos of the packaging to show packaging deterioration.
      6. 2-3 clear photos and/or videos of the damaged item(s)
      7. All photos and videos must be unedited. 

      After we evaluate your claim, we will ship you a replacement for the broken item at no additional cost to you.

      We may request that you send back the original defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).

      7. EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE STORE

      We do not currently support exchanges.

      Contact us via email (support@guiltyvibez.com) and we will be happy to see if there's anything we can do to personally assist you. 

      8. POLICY FOR ORDERS THAT ARE RETURNED TO SENDER

      In the rare event that your order is returned to sender due to an invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address.

      You will be charged for the cost of the postage.

      If your package was returned to sender, please contact us via email (support@guiltyvibez.com) with your order number and we'll be happy to look into your order.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

      If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded store credit or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

      Please remember it can take multiple days for your bank and/or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
