🕦 Same day shipping on most orders, placed before 12:00 (eastern time).

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (eastern time) will be be handled on the next business day.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

🏷️ Tracking labels are sent out via email once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier. 

📮You will not receive a tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the postal service. 

📦 All of our packages are shipped out via USPS, UPS, or Fedex, and we offer different shipping options & speeds through these carriers.

  • Orders may not be packaged (nor shipped) up on major U.S Holidays and other instances in which the postal services are closed.

🌴 Shipping times do not guarantee package arrival date. 

🏛️ Some states may require us to charge a separate tax on shipping. 

 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

🇺🇸 We ship everywhere in the United States. 

🆓 We offer free domestic shipping in the United States for orders that qualify.

  • Free shipping must be selected during checkout.
  • Valid free shipping code must be entered during checkout.
🧐 Orders can qualify for free shipping based on a variety of factors, primarily the total cost of the order and the shipping address. However, there maybe other factors, such as discount codes or as site-wide offers.
  • Note: Total cost of the order is determined after valid discounts have been applied and before sales or use taxes are applied.

🔴 Free shipping is not guaranteed and additional restrictions may apply, such as (but not limited to) restrictions on free shipping for next day air. We may also be unable to offer free shipping due to circumstances outside our control, such as increased cost of fuel, transportation, etc.

 

PACKAGING POLICY

🥷 We do everything we can to ensure our packages are discreet.

📦 Your items are wrapped and shipping in plain packaging, cardboard boxes, plain envelopes, etc. There will be nothing to indicate vape, or smoke ware. 

🔏 For security reasons, we reserve the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion.

  • This is necessary to help us combat fraud and prevent illicit orders.

🫠 While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances. We can not guarantee arrival dates or times. 

SHIPPING SPEEDS & TIMEFRAMES

🚀 Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of when they are placed. 

  • The daily cutoff for orders is 12 pm (eastern time).
  • Orders received before the daily cutoff will likely ship out that same day.
  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff are typically handled the next business day.

🚚 If your order is placed before the daily cutoff, then there is high likelihood that your order will ship out on that same day.

  • 🫠 Processing times can take up to three (3) business days due to circumstances and unforeseeable delays.
  • In rare cases of holiday sales, special sales, or due to limited inventory, our processing times can be take up to five (5) days.

ITEMS BROKEN IN SHIPPING

🤝 We will replace items broken in shipping with the same piece. Otherwise, we will work with you to identify an alternative replacement

❗If your packages are damaged or items are broken in shipping, then we want to know asap so we can take care of you and fix this for you as soon as possible.

📸 Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out.

⏲️ You must notify us ASAP - and within 1 calendar day (24 HOURS) of the package being delivered.
